2023 Annual Meeting

The DLN 2023 annual meeting was held on September 27-28, 2023 at the Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute in Albuquerque. The overarching goal of the meeting was to bring together resource managers, Southwest Drought Learning Network (DLN) members, Tribes, and others interested in drought to engage in peer-to-peer learning related to past drought experiences and lessons learned. As a result of the needs in the area one DLN team dissolved (Projections to People) and a new team was formed to focus on Forests. The DLN teams for 2024 can be found here. If you are interested in working on a team please reach out to one of the leadership team leads or Tonya Bernadt. The final agenda for the program and video links can be found below. For additional information or questions related to the DLN contact Tonya Bernadt at tbernadt5@unl.edu.
